Columbus marketing playbook: Exactly How Much I Made This Month (All Revenue Streams)

A practical business-growth playbook about building a sustainable marketing practice, choosing additional revenue opportunities, and making the work support the kind of business you actually want to run.

A practical business-growth playbook about building a sustainable marketing practice, choosing additional revenue opportunities, and making the work support the kind of business you actually want to run. This written playbook focuses on the activities and decisions demonstrated in the video, so you can adapt the approach without needing to copy the exact words or setup.

What this playbook covers

The video packages a practical working session around Exactly How Much I Made This Month (All Revenue Streams). Read it as a guide to the underlying activity: identify the situation, choose the right next move, and build a repeatable way to do the work well.

Build from a clear commercial foundation

Growth gets easier to manage when you can explain who you help, what you help them do, and how the work creates value. Use that foundation to judge new ideas. If a new service or revenue stream does not reinforce it, complexity can outrun the opportunity.

Add capacity and offers deliberately

New revenue does not always mean adding more clients or more services at once. Look at the margin, delivery effort, sales cycle, and repeatability of each option. The right next move should make the business more resilient, not simply busier.

Use the numbers to steer the work

Track the activity and outcomes that matter: qualified conversations, proposals, delivery capacity, recurring revenue, and cash flow. Simple measurement gives you a better basis for deciding what to improve, pause, or scale.

Take the useful part into your own work

Use the framework, then tailor it to your audience, offer, capacity, and goals. The goal is not to reproduce the video. It is to make one useful improvement in your own work.

  • List your current revenue sources and rate each one for margin, repeatability, demand, and delivery effort.
  • Choose one growth idea to validate with a customer conversation or a small paid test before building a full new offer.

Kind: captions Language: en How's it going friends? My name is Andy. I'm the founder of MMG Studio here in Columbus, Ohio. And these are my monthly retros. So, if you guys are new to the channel, every single month on this channel, I share with you everything that's working, that's not working, give you a transparent look of at my finances within the business and personally as well. Profit, loss, wins, losses, what's working in lead generation, what's working in my content, just the whole view. Uh, I usually do it as kind of a self-introspective practice, but I know when I was first starting, having and being able to see people who are one to two steps ahead of me transparently share their numbers was very helpful as well. So, I usually do this the first day of every month. It's actually the 4th, September 4th. Uh, so I'm a couple days late on this, so I do apologize if you guys watch these every month. But, as you guys know, I'll be bouncing between a few different softwares here. I usually start here in Notion, which is where I manually log everything. And I have photos to kind of share each as well. But topline stats, um, topline revenue for August 2026, $26,000, uh, which brings our grand agency total to $378,515 over our entire lifespan since February 1st of 2024. And we also had almost 2,000 in business expenses, $1,992 in business expenses. I'll go ahead and open up the whole tab here now. personal income. We had $350, $347, which is pretty nice and cool to see. The way I do this here within Monarch Money is I go into, by the way, Monarch Money share it every single time. I have an affiliate code that I'll leave within the description of this video in case you guys are interested. But having some kind of tool like this is just so awesome. Um, I've been using Monarch Money for years and highly recommend it. It allows me to split my financial transactions and categorize them as business or personal and also what categories of each. So for example, if I want to review last month's data, I just go into the filters. I can hit clear and it just tracks all transactions. I can go to clear again. I can pick date. I can pick last month to filter to August. Then I go to income. I can categorize my agency income only. have it display there. All income sources, which if I want to display my personal income, I choose all income sources except the agency. Hit apply. And it's kind of cool now cuz this is probably the biggest month of dividends that I've gotten. And it's cool to see that, you know, my stock portfolio is starting to passively generate a couple hundred bucks a month, which usually is like, you know, it's gotten there, but it's cool to see it actually accumulate on one month and kind of create some kind of an income stream there. But yes, so that is personal income. In terms of personal expenses, that is certainly creeping up as well. So if I go here, select all, deselect income, and then deselect business expenses and hit apply. Then we can see business expenses almost 5K. And it's just no, the these are my personal expenses. Sorry. Personal expenses are getting remarkably high for several reasons. one uh moved out and I mortgage payment. So that's 1,600 bucks a rip. Just an accumulating amount of personal expenses. Um auto. I had a flat tire this month. Um a gas and power, $400. I'm not sure what happened with the water and, you know, HVAC at this place, which might need replaced. Home improvement, $1,200 on a plumber. you know, just accumulating amounts of stuff that is honestly accumulating a lot of stress in my life. Um, but that's the personal side. You guys don't care about that. This is about business. If I go here into reports, this is by far the most helpful at a glance thing that I can put together here. This left side, the seni diagram, the one and only filter by last month here to get a better view. filters, design, and keep it all on business. Apply. Boom. Everything that came into the business and everything that went out. So, everything that came in about, this is inaccurate because we have a massive $17,500 payment plus a couple other lagging expenditures, which is always frustrating when we do this, but just mostly for the expenses and the categoriz categorizations behind them. Um, yeah. So, biggest expense, $887 in contractor labor, $700 in software and tools. What are we paying $700 a month for in terms of software? Shopify, Web Flow, SE Ranking, Figma, ClickUp, Canva, Web Flow, Moxy, Web Flow, Condo, Riverside, OpenAI, Anthropic, Shots, School.com, Whisper Flow, Web Flow again, a lot of Open AI crime. Yeah, we can definitely trim some fat there. I think this was I made this part of my goals last month, but I think we can definitely definitely trim Figma. That was a one time monthly payment to use their MCP. We can definitely trim the fat on Moxy. That's 25. Condos gone. 55 shots. 55. School done. Damn. Wow. It's just mind-blowing to see it all at once. We definitely got to trim some fat there. I'll make that one of my goals this month. Business, travel, and meals. So, a lot of this centers around this needs to be under software. So, another software workflow. Wow. Create rule. Save. Business, travel, and meals. This is lunch that I bought for Eric. And this these are the gifts that I bought for the networking event. I'll share that here soon. Utilities and communications. Wi-Fi at the office. That's fine. So, net income this plus net income, you know, 17K. So, that's fine. Whatever. Uh, yeah. So, those are the numbers. Um, let's move on to kind of a reflection here. Um, also, we have a few new additions to the um to the master home base tab. So, I'll be bouncing between here. I just kind of gave it away there. But we have a brand stats tab. This is so freaking cool. So, what I can do now is essentially I can track all of the ass, excuse me, all of my assets that I'm trying to grow. We have my main YouTube channel, my secondary YouTube channel, my LinkedIn followers X, which is pretty sad, but I figured I might as well track it while I'm here. podcast downloads, Instagram followers, and newsletter one, newsletter 2, second newsletter, which I'll talk about, and community members, which is kind of just added that there to track. And I can set it on 48 hours, 7day, 14-day, 30-day. I just built this yesterday, so it's still got some time to accumulate data. But this is what I can go in and manually track every week. And the all these link out, so I can go in and track them. Additionally, we have this little retro mode here. way too late on developing this. You guys have seen past months where essentially I would reveal client names and you have to edit them out and post or just have to just mutter the video because of it. We now have this little retro mode here. So, when we go to our home base tab, you guys can't see any client names. Um, this is so cool. I'm so happy about this. But I can also go into the clients tab and we can talk all the numbers in the world and I don't have to worry about a thing in post which is so so nice. Can't even explain it. Um so let's go into like I said the finances here tracked in August 26.2K. Um big news here I talk about we do have our first brand deal. We made our first $387 from a content partnership which I will talk more about. But instead of teasing you guys with all this news, I have a full reflection here to go over with you all. So, let's start with the wins. Then we'll go into the concerns/ losses from this month. Then we'll go into the lessons and then action items and goals. Review what we accomplished last month. And then review and look ahead to next month. I will say I'm breezing through this pretty quickly. Um, which is nice to see. By the way, if you guys noticed, I checked out and got a new mic. Got the Sure MV7, and I absolutely love it. The thing that I realized too is that I kind of have to curate my environment a little bit better. And I realized this is a very echoey room. TA out of the box does have great um the video software, recording software that I use, TA, has great automations in terms of making the voice sound better. But I also like using this tool called Offonic which is great for audio and you get two free hours a month and I have three different accounts on there. So, um I've been putting audio into here and it's a really cool thing to use. So, I'd highly recommend Offonic, but if you don't, you can always just use TA which is this software and it's great to record on as well. So, let's get into the reflection here. Uh I have these categorized podcasts. I recorded three podcasts this month with Angela Tracoli Tracoli. Uh Sophie Brandon, the CEO of Studio Hawk, Studio Hawk, which is a $20 million a year SEO agency. Super cool. And Hans Skill, who is the founder of Termageddon, which is a website privacy policy generation tool. Really enjoyed that. Really three really great podcasts. Something I needed to get better at is the follow-up sequence. And I've talked about this in past episodes, but immediately sending them an email saying, "Hey, love recording with you. This was great." Send them their assets, reinforce it, and stay top of mind that way. I wish I I just let life get busy. I don't follow up with them. Okay, business and revenue wins kicked off our biggest enterprise project. Um if we look at our revenue tracker here, um we have a new client who will be recurring and the first 50% of their projects the 35k website um 17 1.5k which is a big part of our revenue this month uh unfortunately or not unfortunately but you know it's creating a a bit of a concentration there which is not great but that did kick off this month and they will be recurring not at that amount but there will be uh we'll get another 17.5 in October and then 1,500 a month onwards. Um, so yeah, that was a win. Uh, landed first paid content sponsorship. So, going back to our brand stats here. Um, we started a newsletter in collaboration with Do What Works, which is a website AB testing tool. I had the CMO Casey on the podcast a while back, and this one came inbound. So, he essentially reached out to me. They're looking for creators to build a newsletter and get a following through website content. And I've taken a creative lens on website best practices and implementation like B2B website inspiration, cutting edge tests, and novel implementation. So twice a week, I find these small but cool things on websites and I write a short write up about them. Like very short. It's like a micro newsletter. And I've really enjoyed this. um got off to a little bit of a a slow start in terms of content production, but I really like finding these and I'm going to spend some time this weekend going in and optimizing it even further. So, that's cool. This is uh this is on retainer. So, towards the back half of this month, it was prrated in terms of how many I did. So, yeah, we made our first $387 from a brand deal. have it matched here accordingly which was nice and is definitely a win. Back to notion first contest sponsorship we launched the 2SP sports website. 2SP will become a recurring client. I know I just shouted out a client by name here but this is just a beautiful website guys. Like this is an amazing site. I have it cached on my browser here, but essentially um this was a long time coming. They have seven locations. They do have a ton of different services. They have a ton of team members and this one was a beast and it is building web flow. It is um just such a good build and I I encourage you guys go to 2sp.com website and check this out. favorite part of it, this customcoded footer here where they have all their team members that they can add and remove and this all goes to their individual bio pages about them. But it's really cool to see. It's kind of like the Realum footer you guys have seen. It's like their older footer that they had, but it has all their team members linked in there. It's just they're really close to the team. They've got a lot of experts. Um really, really cool to see. And nothing left to load, of course. So yeah, launched 2SP website. Long time coming. Quarterly ecom brunch. I have a photo of that actually. Um, shout out to Chase and Sean from Electric Eye. They're a Shopify agency. We had an ecom brunch. Uh, he invited me to and I had a fantastic time at Ora Guue. Really enjoyed that. It was good to connect. I ended up getting coffee with a couple of people that I met there here in Columbus, other folks in the agency and ecom space. Loved it. Um, yep. Got invited to speak at Otterbine University. Um, I don't know why it says through newsletter partnership. I use whisperflow to dictate a lot of this, so that's why it comes out a little bit quick sometimes, but I did got get invited to speak to the Otterbine entrepreneurship program and there's about 30 kids in the class and I essentially got to speak in front of them. I was kind of nervous because it's like a long time. It was like 45 minutes for me to just chat. And I tried to make it as two-way as possible. But surprisingly or not, it was it was the kids didn't really want to talk. I mean, I remember being the same way cuz I wrote her just graduated college two years ago, but um it's a good experience. Good learning experience. Shout out to Christina for letting me do this. I really enjoyed it. I have to repost her post about it, by the way. Um yeah, super fun experience. I'm glad I did it even though I was a little bit nervous about it. And um yeah, cool cool days. Just me talking and making a fool of myself. One thing I did focus on during that presentation that um was that I thought was funny was the entrepreneurial life cycle cuz these are entrepreneur kids that were in the entrepreneurship program. So, I introduced him to godfather Alex Hormoszi, the legend. And this is just like the perfect chart. I know this is kind of off topic, but the entrepreneurial life cycle by Alex Formosi is just a good thing to reference cuz it's so spot on. If I can find this chart here. Why does everything I hate how everything loads so slow when I'm screen recording. It's so unfortunate. But yes, this is Alex Horoszi's five stages of entrepreneurship. Uninformed pessimism, crisis of meaning informed, no uninformed optimism. This is when you first start. So, this should be um like perceived well-being on the vertical axis and then time on the right axis, but you start out uninformed optimism. Everyone's cheering you on. You're at a high. Then you reach informed pessimism. So, you start to get start to go down. You know, you actually realize this is a lot harder than you think it is. Then you have crisis of meaning here at the bottom. Then you have informed optimism once you actually know what you're doing and you start to realize the way to play the game. And then you reach achievement. I think there's different names of it for different places, but um yeah, this is just it's so good. And I definitely definitely share that and successfully scared 30 college kids out of entrepreneurship. Told them to stay on a straight and narrow. Um but yeah, that was that was a win cuz I thought that was cool. Um and it's, you know, fun. Revenue was good for this month. Obviously, it was concentrated around our enterprise project, but a win is a win. So, I'm happy about that. First ever inerson event. I made a full video about this on the second channel. This video right here. No, no, it's actually on the other channel. Sorry, the first channel. Um, switch account 410 subs. Nice. We got another subscriber today. We'll track that when we get to brand stats here at the end. But yeah, I made a full podcast about it. But long story short, we had our first in-person event and I recorded a full breakdown of all this stuff. Photos, numbers, wins, lessons, losses, feedback, and results. Um, here's some of the photos. Again, highly encourage you to check out that video. I'll link it here in the card. But if you guys did not see it, that's the short version is that I had 21 people come to a central lunch and networking event in Columbus and it went incredibly well. I got great feedback and the pictures just make it, you know, well, chef's kiss all the better. Love all these people. Can't thank them enough for coming. Yeah, that podcast got 54 views. Holy crap. I There's times when I like look back at this channel and it's just blows my mind that people are actually starting to care. Like this has every podcast is getting between like 40 views minimum. This one got 30, 22, 24, 45, 71, 30, 76, 39. There was a time when if I got 30 views, I would be like ass happy, you know. I I don't want to get too attached. 124 80. Yeah. So, I don't want to attach myself too much to this, but man, it's really cool. Really cool. Try not to dwell on that. We got a lot of work to do. networking and relationships people that I've met. Uh Amy Ryan from Designax, Danielle Deetsz, got to reconnect with her. John Gimple. This guy is awesome. Make sure shout out to John. I spelled his last name wrong, but you guys go follow him on LinkedIn. He is really cool guy. Amazing. Uh reconnect with from Christina. Sorry, Whisper Flow from Otterbines. great to with her. Patrick David Kayla Penberg, who I need to follow up with about the podcast, so good reminder. Peter Gooba, legend. Shane Guthier, my friend from Cleveland, nice enough to come down and visit. We had a co-working day together. Meeting with Jeremy, amazing. I love that guy. We do some kind of collaborations or slashevents at his location. Uh Laura Wearing, lady that I'm in a community with. Really good meetings. content and brand. So, consistent outreach on the new channel. I posted a few videos about the video outreach that I'm doing. I've stayed consistent with it and now I just need to optimize and get those to convert. New brand identity in place. I'm not really sure why that said that. That might have been talking about the Columbus marketing organization. Tracking brand stats more diligently. Good there. Personal. Um, I've been doing a lot of house stuff. So, if just my camera rules always a good amalgamation of this, but I hired a plumber and we got the downstairs bathroom fixed. I listed both of the downstairs bedrooms on um, Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Spare Room, a ton of different places. and yeah, just managing the repairs and doing all this stuff. I had one tenant visit that was not a fit. So, I'm kind of kind of diluting my focus on the agency to include more things, which is not always a good thing, but the house is becoming a massive stressor. As we speak right now, I literally have 12 cubic yards of dirt in my driveway. I [ __ ] you not. Let me go to my messages and show you. So all of this right here is now in my driveway. Look at this. This is 12 cubic yard. This was this is my life this morning. 12 cubic yards of dirt. And it not all of it comes out in this video. It's literally that the entire cement part right there that you guys see pretty much this entire cement part right here is filled with dirt. And my entire weekend is going to be spent putting all that in a wheelbarrow, laying it next to the foundation, packing it in, repeating for I just spent 2 hours doing it. I'll probably be doing that for like 12 more hours and I've given myself until 8:00 and I'm going to start on it again. So, that's a good thing. We got it delivered, but I still have to work on it. Half marathon. So, I ran a half marathon two weekends ago. Photos in the event. Shout out to me running running and gunning. Sexy man. I ran 2 hours and 7 minutes, which definitely was not my best for a half, but I did it and I got the job done. Look at this legend here. Just making it look easy. I'm glad I got that done. I yeah was enjoyable. I'm glad I did it. Didn't enjoy it, but I actually felt really good compared to my body didn't hurt that bad. I was in shape. Might do another one. I don't know. I don't know. I haven't run since just to take time off. I've been focusing on walking, but that's a win for me. Some photos, places I went, people that I met. Natalie, um Kim right here. Sorry, I I didn't forget her name. him. I'm meeting her husband soon. She could be a good referral partner. But um yeah, so let's move on to concerns, losses. Uh Vibre's one of our biggest clients from last year. They ended up closing their pharmacy. So we're doing a couple websites for them. And it was kind of a somber call with Chris, who I got really close to us while working there. They're just moving on and wrapping up. And it's kind of sentimental because uh they we we weren't on retainer with them anymore. We had since parted ways, so they're not a revenue factor, but it's a bit somber because they're one of the big reasons we got into this industry and I loved working with them and I think we'll work together in the future, too. I never write that off, but it was just a somber conversation because obviously it wasn't the way that we wanted it to end. It was kind of a hard conversation. So, definitely not a win there. Uh, terrible house visits. two tenants that I had business with. Just not I won't go into detail. Not good house visits. Two showings so far. Neither good. I got a flat tire two weeks ago, the day before the event. Stressing my ass off. Went driving home from Dublin. Hit a pothole. Did not drive off the road. I am not a great driver. I've gotten into accidents in the past that I'm at fault for. Did not drive off the road. Hit a pothole. bent the wheel and flattened the tire. Went to the put the spare tire on. That took not that long. Next day, I took it to a a an auto body shop closest to me said, "We can't fix the tire. We can get you a new tire. We can't fix the wheel. Go here for the wheel." Wheel place was booked out until the next week. Had to stay home the weekend. And so, just like a whole long process there. Also cost me money. So, like 400 bucks to fix a freaking wheel and get a tire. Business development, brand and partnership didn't start the way that I hoped. So, we're off to a little bit of slow start in terms of subscriber growth, but I have a few things I'm working on with Casey Strategies, posting on LinkedIn, growing the newsletter on LinkedIn, and hopefully that funnels to own subscribers. So, but that didn't start the way I'd hoped, and I was stretched thin between the event and obviously agency and client stuff. So, some stuff to work on there. Just high stress bouncing between the home ownership stuff and the fact that I have 12 cubic yards of dirt in my driveway that I have to get done. And I just it's in the back of my mind. Like, it has to get done. It's sitting in my driveway. Not going to do if I don't do anything. If I don't move, nothing moves. So, I might set an incentive of reward like if it if I get it done, then I can go get some rice cakes or something like that. Give myself a treat. I don't know. Mornings have been starting badly and this is just 100% on me. Like the finger of blame is just right here on me. I've been starting my days so I get up on the wrong foot. Like just shooting myself in the foot, getting on my phone immediately, not getting out of bed sometimes until like 8:00, which is just embarrassing. and just procrastinating because I'm dreading either working out or just starting or I'm feeling tired and it's just inexcusable and I'm completely embarrassed by it. Just thinking how much productivity I lose by this right here is just so sad to think about and it's my biggest focus is getting this right. Biggest focus is getting this right. Highest priority, highest leverage activity is fixing this part of my day, my schedule right here. That serves no excuses. Lessons. Rent a property needs decision. I need to get tennis in here. It's been a constant game of waiting until doing what's next. You know, when is a never- ending thing. So, I'll be happy when I'll get tenants when I'll, you know, I'll spend more time with family when. That's an infinite game. And I need to recognize that. And it also comes the expense of business, which is if I say that's my number one priority, you know, spending time on a house. Kind of a conflict there, you know, revenue lines took longer than they look. Net 45 payment terms when you're working with big companies. What the hell? Like seriously, you know, that messed up my books for this month. I don't like long sales cycles. It's incredibly frustrating. And again time when all feels financially successful when you know this constant playback game morning sets my day already mentioned that big mistake high output high high pressure month wins and losses but I can't say it enough that if I could add another lesson here it would be to double down on the events. I'm already planning my next one. I it is so easy for me to invest my time and energy into this and seeing how well it per like everybody was re-sharing posts about it and responding to my email. It was fantastic. I love that. Um yeah, action items and goals. Let's review last month. My goal was 25K revenue. We got that organized team structure. I did not do that. did not have a conversation with Clark or Ali, our developer or Roa for that matter. So, um, can't be accountable towards that one. Increased content pieces per week. So, I can't say that's a W there. I've been uploading almost daily to YouTube and it's doing pretty well. Like, these are just low production quality. Not low production quality, but low administrative effort on my end to get these up. And I've just been recording sharing what I'm doing for lead genen, what's working, what's not, and just putting the community link to the Columbus marketing website is the first link in the description. And I love doing this. Like I've got a nice little workflow for thumbnails, for the descriptions, for TA, and for editing them, obviously, and constraining the amount of time it takes to make them. And I see the the the engagement and watch time is great for having such long videos too is very impressive. I'm very excited to do this and I think I will start to promote this more to the newsletter audience as well. So 413 views in the last 28 days. Not bad. Not bad at all, man. Not bad at all. 43 views there. So, I just started this channel and I'm going to start encouraging more subscribers there. So, this is exciting and fun and I enjoy it. So, we'll continue to do it. Yes. Uh increase contency per week. Nailed it onboarding. We nailed the onboarding of Health Map or the the the enterprise client. So, we did do that event. I'm confident saying we crushed that. The one thing I did wrong was the follow-up email. And if you were there, you can attest. tried to use codeex to put together a follow-up email with the links and get all the guest links and it just it oneshot it and sent it to everybody which was just terrible and embarrassing but I sent a follow-up email to everybody said hey oops you know tried to write the wrong but it was just embarrassing so that's a loss life finish plumbing repairs begin house listings I did do that properties are properties listed hired. Paid 1,200 bucks for the plumber. So, that's done. Begin new challenge with Ezra. I did not do that. Apologies to Ezra. I need to get back with you. We were going to do some kind of fitness challenge and I just did not log into the app and track my stuff. So, apologies to Ezra there. Um, so yeah, business uh this month. I didn't set my goals for this month on business. Oops. Yeah. No, this is the right one. Sorry. 25K revenue. Goals for next month. 25K revenue. Plan next event logistics personal email send to everybody saying, "Hey, this is our second marketer, marketing leaders lunch." It's cool because people are starting to call it that now, like in their posts. Um, I doubt I'll be able to get anything to load here, but Christina posted about it. How cool is it that two people that met because of you are meeting each other? Is that not like the coolest thing ever? This made me so happy. I love these guys. Um, that's freaking dope. Matt reposted about it. I need to shout out to Matt. I need to get uh repost his post about it. Um, but yeah, genuinely so cool. Some of the feedback as well. Um, just from me screenshots that I took. Nice lunch. A lot of great conversations. What a joy to be included in this. Enormous appreciation. I need to get back with Melissa. Apologies. Great job. Low pressure. Enjoyable get together. Felt so organic. Great interacting with familiar faces and meeting new ones. You're a beast putting that together. Great time. Thank you for putting together, including me. We've got something here. Excited to roll with it. So that's the biggest I'm going to let that be my win for this month. Begin ne begin some community outline. So some process of maybe starting a Slack channel or something like that with this group. Just have a clear next steps for that. 12 YouTube videos. That's three a week. I think I can do more to be honest with you. Onboard editor. So our last editor for the podcast left us. And probably tonight again I got 10 more minutes until I'm going to be lifting dirt again. Boy, it's going to be a long weekend. But I have to send Adrian, our editor, some onboarding material and give him some instruction clarity on the podcast to upload or to start editing. So I will get him that. Trim fat on subscriptions. That is needed. $700 last month on subscriptions is not acceptable. Life goals. Begin your challenge with Ezra. Finish dirt and levering and leveling. Acquire three plus tenant visits and allocate finances properly. I need to sit down for like 30 minutes and go through my investments, ask Claude, say, "Hey, given my goals, what are some good allocations I should be doing between personal and savings and money market, between business and personal?"
