Columbus marketing playbook: Marketers: Do This 1 Hr Daily, Never Worry About Getting Clients Again

A one-hour daily pipeline routine for marketers who want a calmer, more consistent way to create client conversations.

A one-hour daily pipeline routine for marketers who want a calmer, more consistent way to create client conversations.

What this playbook covers

This resource distills the practical decisions behind the video into a guide you can adapt to your own audience, offer, and working constraints.

Protect the hour

Pipeline activity works when it has a real place on the calendar. A focused daily block keeps outreach from being displaced by urgent delivery work.

Work from context, not volume

Research a small number of people or accounts and identify why each deserves attention. A relevant message has a better chance of opening a real conversation.

Track the next step

Capture what you learned, when to follow up, and what would make the next message useful. A lightweight system keeps promising conversations from fading away.

Put it into practice

  • Schedule five 60-minute pipeline blocks for next week and define one measurable outcome for each session.

Keep learning

Kind: captions Language: en Hey there, how's it going? My name is Andy. I own a solo marketing business that did $26,000 last month. And this is my channel where I teach you in public everything I'm doing to get the results I am along with what's working and what's not. Uh, if you are new to the channel, if it's your first time here, I own a web and SEO studio for healthcare called MMG Design, which is the services side of my business. I post a little bit on LinkedIn, managed to grow that a little bit over the last few years. So, that's probably where you've seen me or heard about me if you're watching this video. I host a podcast called Marketing by Design, 173 episodes over three years where we talk to marketing leaders in healthcare, B2B, and beyond. And I am the host and community manager of my newest business called the Columbus Marketing Organization, which is a job board, mastermind, and community for marketers right here in the city. I live in Columbus, Ohio. The format we're going to be doing today is pretty default. We upload every day here. We're gonna do a little bit of live lead genen. So specifically, I want to talk on some of the things I'm using AI for to help me with my process. Go over my video outreach, record a few video outreaches. So if this is something that you guys are considering doing, you'll be able to look over my shoulder as I do this and optimize the tweaks in the funnel. We're going to go to number two, which is build and strategize in public. I'm going to talk about things that I'm doing, things I'm thinking about, and the actions I'm going to take in this week and plan ahead, the things that I can do to move the business forward. And number three, we're finished with some updates and growth stats across YouTube, LinkedIn, and my products. And I have a handy little dashboard here where I go in and actually log all these, which I just love. Made the process a lot more fun. And I also keep track of a lot of other things here, like profit, loss, revenue, and I hide the uh client names from you so you guys can't see them, which is a new feature to this dashboard. Something I did do a while back is I had this daily accountability actions where I would log all the outreach I would send, but I just found there to be a very high switching cost in terms of how much time I was spending going in and checking all these boxes. And back then I was doing a more bulk cold email approach and instantly and that's why this dashboard is built the way it is. But essentially, it's built off the premise of Alex Hormos's rule of 100, which I have a nice little head shot of the goat himself up here. But the rule of 100 is that it's something I've talked about before if you guys are a longtime subscriber here. It's that every day you send 100 intentional outreaches or 100 intentional signals to fill your pipeline. And this is always the highest leverage activity. And today is a bit of a an abnormal day because I didn't do it first thing in the morning. I kind of went against my own principles, which will happen. Got back from the gym around 8:30 and I didn't realize that I had a call scheduled at 9:00. So, I usually don't leave my calendar open for calls unless they're directly client facing, but someone booked a call this morning. Had to put out a few fires. But here we are at 9:30 making this the highest leverage priority that we're doing for the day. Uh, I want to open up Quad here to show you guys uh a routine. I built a couple routines. One was in a morning inbox triage. Shout out to my friend Ezra. Um, this will run every time I open Quad in the morning. But also here on the code side, I have these um, LinkedIn API, LinkedIn quad skills that I use to send my connection requests. I have I've had it help me build a CSV of uh, ICPS within my network. This is all hosted locally. It's just a preview of how the files look on my computer. And essentially it references this list to send connection and invite requests passively from this. And after I load it here within the browser, it'll go ahead and do that automatically. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go ahead and um start the daily process because I already have the quad skills and the API hooked up here. Start our daily process of sending connection requests. Let's do 30 today. biggest conditional thing is that make sure that you have the quad. It'll prompt you to do a two-factor probably to log into the browser here for uh LinkedIn. And I might have to pause the camera while I do the two-factor while LinkedIn opens that. Yeah. So, here we go. Sign in. You can also do this if you're connected to your Chrome browser and yeah, unfortunately we have to verify using SMS here. Yeah, this can be a little bit of a risk here. It'll work. I just have to tweak a few things. Hang on. I got to sign in on the desktop app here real quick. Let me pause. Okay, friends. So, we are back. We did the two-factor authentication. And as you can see, it will bring up LinkedIn in its native browser. Once you're logged in, it'll go straight to the managed invites tab. If you guys go to the my network and then you go to connections, you'll find this tab right here in terms of the people that you've sent connections to. Hey, we should be all logged in. I want you to go ahead and continue sending outreaches. Let's start with 30. Respond and chat with the profiles of who you connected with. And here we go. Get started. And it'll actually agentically use this browser. And I'll be honest with you guys, I don't do I'm this is all that I use AI for just in terms of the outreach process because you know, you don't want to have it sending messages autonomously. But stuff like this where you're just referencing a list and sending connection requests. A I could either give it to my assistant to do which I mean that's probably not even a high lever use of her time uh because it's very manual or I could just do something like this where it automatically start sending connection requests. While that is no stop I think you heard me incorrectly. I want you to send outreach connection requests not messages. just connect with new people referencing our ICP. Making sure that's aligned here. Yeah, there we go. So, while that's cooking, I'll come back here and show you guys the results of that. But, uh, let's revisit our video outreach. So, I'll go back to the homepage here on TA. Um, I sent three more yesterday. They want to see if they have been viewed. Uh, they have not, unfortunately, which is a bit of a bummer. I might spend some time doing follow-ups on these today. Um, in terms of the last few because I haven't yet. Um, I could actually probably use codeex to help with that because I have my pipeline pretty configured here in folk. So, if I go to video outreach here, bring this up for you guys. These are all the ones that I've sent. These are all now in the follow-up stage. And what I probably should do is have a more consistent cadence of following up the day after. So I feel like that's a a higher leverage activity there. But I actually have folk, which is my CRM here, connected to an MCP and I have a contact that I sent the email outreach to attached to each of these follow-ups. So what I can do here is I can go to codeex. And again, this is how the the premise here is that we're using AI to automate the parts that we don't want to do manually. We're we're still setting the direction. We're still sending a tailored video of 2 minutes in length, not some AI generated slop. This is how we really manage the cycle and just make sure we're staying on top of things, not replacing what we could do. So, I want to emphasize that first. But if I go here to codeex and I go to my home base tab right here. And I'm just layering on a lot of tabs here. I'll try and keep this on the left side and then the other on the right for you guys. Wasn't running out of screen real estate here. Okay. Hey, so using our folk MCP connector, uh, I want you to go to the video outreach group within my groups. Take a look at all of the people that are in all the companies that are in the follow-up stage and go to the their email threads within within Gmail and see the last email that I sent to them and send them a nudge follow-up. Don't send anything yet. What I want you to do is respond in chat. Make sure that you've identified the email threads and respond and chat with the contacts, the latest email thread, and what would be a good recommended follow-up. Obviously, keep it short, brief, and abide by email follow-up best practices and create a little bit of urgency in just a few of them. Okay, so while that's cooking, let's head over back to Claude. This should be sending uh it looks like we're running out of list a little bit. Okay, it has the 30 30 from our list that it referenced that is sending connection requests to and then it'll respond in chat with who it's sending requests to. I should mention I have the $30 a month quad plan. I think it's called growth. It's not the max plan. So, this is very accessible to anyone that you guys do. If you guys want a full walkthrough on how to set up the LinkedIn API and then getting you the quad skills, I had a partner in my network send them to me. But if that's something you guys would be interested in seeing a full video on, I'm happy to do that as well. So, while that's doing that and uh Codex is cooking, let's go ahead and do our three new outreaches based on the list that we've already put together. So, within each of these companies, I have the people and the leads at each. So I can go ahead and enrich them and I will bring up the company website simply and care access. Bring that up in my browser and then use that to give them some value. Oh yeah, a lot of opportunity here. A lot a lot a lot of opportunity. They're actually based here in Columbus. And then I'll go to the point of contacts LinkedIn account. people. Hey, Callie. I love that name. And we are connected. It looks like she work there. Development and marketing coordinator. September. No, she just got a new job. Damn. Okay, that was as of one month ago, which means that there is a new higher, which means that is usually a buying signal. So, this could be a good thing. We just have to do a little bit of sourcing here. Uh, decision makers, sales navigator. This is how I source all the contacts at each company before I spend any time doing outreach. By the way, that's delicious. Director, Department of Public Relations, Director of Human Resources, CEO, Medical Director, CFO, No Director Community Services. No forensic. No. No. I had to pick one on here, it would definitely be either Lindsay or She's based in Columbus though, so it's a good healthcare exact. What's her job title exactly? She went to Ohio State. Good coming out director. two years when he or Jessica 8 and a half years with company IT director I don't find these to be generally good contacts you'd think they would for web work but I don't find it to be a good point of contact usually they're non communicative friendly I think whimsy blaz blasc I must Paul. Yeah, Wendy Blasc. Lindsay Blasc would be a good one. Go ahead and connect with her. Send invitation and then add her to pipeline using the handy full connector here. Um, oh, I got to click into it to do that first. Yeah, this might seem like a lot of steps, but I encourage you guys, something I'm calculating right now, kind of the reason I'm doing this is essentially to get a pulse on how many outreaches it takes like this to get a paying customer. And once we do that, then we have a really good sense of being able to control what the inputs are to get the results that we want. So if I got contacts netare access pipeline boom okay so we have two people at that company now enrich I love by the way love the native enrichment feature within within um then folk incredibly helpful I'm going to change my order of operations here and get the email set up first so that I kind of have that up and running. Uh, go to WY here. Connecting from Columbus. Okay, I'm going to go to the ones that I've sent and revisit some of those scripts there. By the way, we had three applications to the community yesterday, which I'm absolutely thrilled about. And yeah, um I'll talk about those at the end. Those are more connected to growth stats. But I want to send some more advice to some of these people here. Boom. Boom. Okay, after all this work, here we go. Lindsy Blazic Lindsy Lindsy. Okay, what can we fix on this website? Uh, good. Seven H1s. Find help immediately. That's not funny. This is a serious industry. Where is it even pulling that? It's even pulling that H1 from. It's not even a semantic tag on the page. Interesting. Um Oh, yeah. We could definitely definitely they do have service areas. They have locations pages. One location um move social proof up buyer on the higher on the page. have a CTA here as well. Love this social proof button. Um, yeah, let's just go to TA and start ripping. Actually, I already have the browser up here. Boom. Okay, we need to zoom out of this here. Tell it is zoomed in remarkably high here, which is unfortunate. Tell remove center stage. Wow. Got to look like at least have our stuff together a little bit, right? Got to kind of know what we're doing here. I don't like how it decreases the camera quality when I don't have center stage. I'm not sure why that is exactly. Edge light. Weird. A studio light does help a lot though. Anyway, let's go ahead and start recording. I really hope my mic is connected here on Riverside, which it should be. But yes, yes, be frozen, Ta. Come on now, so you guys can see what I'm looking at here. Frozen. Yes. Yes. Restart. Freeze on me. I dare you. Okay, let's go ahead and hit start. Oh, look at that. Fantastic. Recording that preserved, bro. Taking you guys through the struggles here. really struggle busing. Yeah, I know you can't display. You're really killing me here. Probably because I'm running three agents at once here. Um why I'm doing all this today's batch. Okay, the least of the connection requests have been sent. Boom. Time is right today. 4 days since the last batch just by thinning. Okay, we have to refresh the list here soon. Yeah, be token efficient, but don't spend a whole lot of time building out a new prospect vein. Um, but can you respond in chat with the profiles profile links of the connection request you did send today? Okay. And now codeex. See if it's connected. Boom. This is actually pretty good. This is so good. Nice. See how these actually Hey Christine, just circling back on the short video I sent. Did any of the opportunity stand out? Happy to share the two highest impact fixes. Okay, this is a great start. Correct. Don't nudge the ones that I just sent yesterday. Um, on the messages that you sent, change them a little bit to be more towards the tone of the the message. So, happy to fix these something to the tune of happy to fix these two things. just respond with a yes and I'm happy to help you out. And then end with a smiley face. Rewrite them in chat before sending. Okay, let's try to again here. Dude, this is really going to wreck me. Okay, let's try recording on uh desktop here without having to use the app. The highs and lows of the journey, guys. You guys are seeing everything. Share my screen. Yes. Share camera. Ah, great. You should probably not do that. Need to turn off my notifications here. Mute. No. Sure. MV7. I'm going to use my actual microphone here. Um, yes. Camera settings. That's all looking good to me. See if this one can do us a favor here. Hey Lindsay, I hope you are doing well. Uh you and I just connected on LinkedIn and I saw we are also based locally here. Hey, I took a look at the NetCare Access website. I'm not sure if you guys have a developer on staff who can handle some of these small changes. But since I'm here locally and I'm in websites all day, I just wanted to send you a quick video and also personalize the intro a little bit. So, the highest leverage thing that you could fix these on your guys' website, I'm confident can double or even triple the amount of conversions and donations that you guys get based on our past experience and the clients that we've worked with. And the biggest ones here would be semantic. So, um you guys actually have seven H1s on your homepage. What we want to do is make sure that you have a clear descriptive H1 that talks about your brand name, location, and ideally services as well. So, one long description there. Um, you guys have a really good uh page title here. You wouldn't want that to be the H1, but optimizing and making sure that you do a quick skim on just a heading structure. Ideally, you want to have one H1, two to three H2s, and then multiple stack below that in terms of H3s to H6s. Another opportunity here is to add alt text to your images. This is one of the most helpful things that we found with our customers um in terms of getting AI visibility is you can inject some keywords into all these images. You guys have some great stock images and just some small UI things that I'm confident will increase conversions as well is having all this all these navigation lists on a single line. And then more so emphasizing the donate CTA because that's the main action we want our visitors to take. Adding a little more contrast and making it easier to click. It's nice and big up there, but we want to keep all these nav items on one line. We've actually seen from heat maps from our customers websites that 80% I'm not kidding, 80% of people either don't scroll. 80% 80% of people don't scroll. So, they'll either jump straight to the navigation or they're click the main CTA. So, we want to make sure it's really easy for them to do that. Um, either way, I hope that was helpful. Um, if you guys don't have any web support, feel free to just respond with a thumbs up. I would love to fix these for you guys ASAP before we ever talk about working together. Um, just trying to be helpful here. So, yeah, either way, would love to connect, get a coffee. We're both based here locally. Thank you for all that you do for our industry and space. I love connecting with other people in healthcare. And yeah, hope you have a fantastic day, Lindsay. Bye-bye. Probably went a little bit on the wrong side here. And I hope that actually recorded on TA. Shout out to Tela. It didn't freeze on me again. But uh yeah, meantime here, let's check in on quad 30 profiles that we connected with. Great stuff. Two that didn't go through prior invite cool downs. Okay, amazing. So, yeah, we can go in and we'll be able to see this list. Excuse me. When they accept, they go to this list right here. which is great. And then that makes it a lot easier. This is an ICP right here, Mr. Kevin. But uh yeah, let's go to I I changed I changed the branding on the TAS back and forth between which ones I'm using. I want these to definitely be the brand one. Um Oh my gosh, it froze. No, it didn't. It scared me there. man. Back in this echoey home base here. Um, yeah, that's okay. Remove buffers. And you didn't remove buffers. Great. See how we're looking. That's not amazing. thing. I think I went a little bit longwinded here. So, I'm going to step button there. Step button there. I don't say I hope that was helpful. Don't say just trying to be helpful here. I also hate how Tela will misspell their name in the transcript, which is just not ideal. Maybe call me a perfectionist, but yeah, intro for Lindsay. Share email. Command V. Copy content. Gmail. Boom. Love how he had that teed up already. Look at us. Um Smiley face emoji. Lindsay. Lindsay checking on folk to see make sure. Lindsay Blazak. God, I'm going to say that wrong. Send. Okay, another to the pipeline. Checking on our follow-ups here. Don't say at the end of the messages, at the end of the follow-ups, don't say I can send. Say, I be a little bit more compelling. Say, I really think these small changes can make a huge difference for you guys. I'm here to help. Something like that. Okay. In live time, I'm not sure if you guys can see this on my watch here. Somebody just I'm not sure if you can see that. Oh my gosh. Um Lindsay just accepted my LinkedIn request and now she just got an email from me. So if she's going to go to LinkedIn, she's going to go to her email. It's like, "Oh my gosh, this guy's everywhere." So I'll let you know if that's that gets a response. Um yeah, I have high hopes for that one obviously. And I actually like this I like all these. Go ahead and send exclamation point. Boom. So now we have followed up with 20 leads or so in one setting which is amazing. Now on to our next one right here. Uh let's see has been outraged qualified outreach sent hires and associates. You are qualified. people. Adam enrich LinkedIn. Make sure we're actually connected here. Oh, insurance. Oh, yes. Okay, I'm going to really give this guy value. Um, I think this is going to be a great one here. Cord cord mic. Sure. This is a bottleneck right here. Having to share the screen every time we hire. I can just go to folk here and find the company. Enrich. Come on. Give me. Okay, we got the email here. Details. I don't think that's a correct email. Columbus, Ohio. Me do a little bit of research here. Columbus, Ohio. What? Columbus, Ohio. That was weird. Huh. Interesting. That is actually right. That's weird that their URL is not the same as Oh, yeah. We could definitely give this guy some value here. PB accredited images. Definitely meta description. Good headings though. Get quotes. Man, this is really confusing. Yikes. See if each of these are optimized. Oh, yeah. Meta description is a big one. Great. Okay. Go straight to Adam here. Hey, how's it going Adam? I hope you are doing well. Um, you and I are both based very here very locally and I just connected with you on LinkedIn and that led me to the hires and associates website. Um, first of all, I would love to get you coffee sometime and connect. I'm newer here to the area. I just moved in to a spot in Clintonville and we are a healthcare brand so we work with a lot of companies like yours and all in all just trying to get connected with more awesome people in the space like yourself. Um like I said that did lead me to the hires and associates websites and I wanted to give you a minute or two of just pure value and kind of knock your socks off because I do this stuff all day and my goal is to just be helpful. So uh biggest thing that we see on our customers websites and the biggest opportunity I see for you guys is to have a meta description. Ideally, you want to have this be very keyword rich and not just your brand name and have it be about 150 characters. I'll attach in this email an example what I think a really good metad description would be for you guys that includes your area, the terminology that visitors are searching for when they're looking for a brand like yours. Uh, and some location based things. So, something that ties you to a local area here. In terms of UX, the site in and of itself looks a little bit outdated. I would highly recommend and this is going to sound a little bit trite maybe but we actually see that images of women and females get a higher click-through rate on websites as insignificant as that might sound. Um and just in terms of the layout it looks a little bit outdated and especially being an insurance company want to portray modernity that you guys use technology and portray that in the design and the layout of our website. Um, especially last thing that I would bring up to you guys, I highly recommend having all the navigation items on one line. Uh, when you start to stack the navigation, it makes it harder for responsiveness and usually decreases load times. Ideally, we want we don't want to be taking up this much screen real estate with our navigation. Um, we want to make it be more compressed, have the logo here on the top in the top right, and make this get a quote CTA a bit more clear. Um, also you guys do a lot of great things on your website. I may recommend including some more customer testimonials or social proof because that is what we've seen with our clients to get the best trust and you know especially from an online audience when people are coming across your brand for the first time. You really want to have good testimonials. Um yeah, other than that I would just love to connect with you. Um I've heard a lot of great things about you in our space. Um if you guys have a developer feel free to forward this on to them. I'm sure they'll know the technical sides of your guys' site is built on WordPress. WPBaker is a bit of a difficult page builder to use, but feel free to forward this on to them. And either way, would love to get you a copy sometime. But if you guys don't have web support, feel free to reply with a thumbs up and I'm happy to chat further and help you guys before we ever talk about uh working together more formally. But um cheers. Appreciate all you do, Adam, and I hope to meet you soon. Bye. Yo, I don't think we'll have to cut that one at all. That was pretty good. I like I changed up the script a little bit there. I said just want to lead with one to two minutes of pure value. I think they might appreciate that. I am a freaking Hey, how's it going? Audio sounds a little bit harsh. Not sure if you guys can hear that. Let's set the mic a lot. Damn, not that. Not loving the curvedness we got going on here. Apparently, we can't change it. Stop there. Beautiful. Uh, share intro vid for Adam. I love it. Oh, okay. We sent all of our follow-ups here. Wow. Why would you re misspell her name? That's a little bit unfortunate. Is her name Christia? Interesting. Morning in public. I'm telling you guys, I'm sharing you. I'm learning in public with you guys here. Um, okay. Let's get this. This is our Is this our second of the day or third of the day? This is our second of the day. So, uh, get email address here. People Adam Hires details a hires. No, got a little lag going on. Okay, let's come across pretty human here. Oh, I changed it. Damn, I forgot to change the name of the business. That's unfortunate. Got to have some attention to detail. I like connecting from Columbus as the packaging. I like it. I like it. I like it. Kind of a fumbled the bag there with naming the company wrong. Forgetting to change that, which is unfortunate. Okay, we got a connection request on our followup call booked. Okay, I have to go and fix that investment. Okay, cool. On to the next. Sta family services people. Carson Firestone Firestone tires. I don't if you guys have seen that commercial. It's pretty funny. marketing, community engagement, development coordinator. I like that. See Firestone SV again with the not the hospital companies on the stupid domains. I'm not sure what's going on here. Same bit of him. I think I've actually chatted with this guy briefly. Okay, he left me on red. This is a great opportunity. Time to give him some value. Oh, he also went to BG. Great mutual intro there. Let's see how we can help him. Website for sameet family services SVFC. Oh no. Well, this could be obvious. St. Vincent Family Services. Oh, it's SVF. SVFC. Maybe that's just their email. Real quick. Oh, yeah. Way too many CTAs. Oh, way too many banners. O. The family services location. Single location. How's the SEO looking? Title's a little bit wrong. H1 helping misspelled H1. This should be their H1. Who's offense? There's no one clear CTA here. Yeah, this is the responsiveness here. One clear CTA, guys. Can't emphasize that enough. Sliding hero section is bad for performance. Yeah, that's a good area for improvement. Multilingual. That's probably something I can help him with. So, this lives on a subdomain. Yeah, they're losing a lot of ranking opportunity from this missing meta description. Yeah, and it is built on WordPress. What is with all these freaking WP bakery sites? I'm not sure. I'm not sure if any of the marketers in the audience are seeing this, but man, WP Bakery is just the worst WordPress. I'm not a fan of WordPress in and of itself, but WP Bakery, if you do, if you use WP Bakery, you are just shooting yourself in the foot. I want to verify his email address super quick here. Um, family services people Carson details Carson SVFC verifier verifier. Boom. Just not even logging in here. What is going on? That was weird. See Firestone. What? Yeah. Told you it was working. Tuesday 9:29, dude. Okay, I will touch base on that shortly. Um, I'm not I don't mean to like expose private conversations here. That is my not my intent here. My goal is to be as helpful as possible and share with you guys the lessons that you can learn from doing outreach and staying consistent with it, from the results that it'll get for you guys. Okay, let's really SVFC St. Vincent Family Services. Yeah, they should definitely have a redirect setup here. Qu Make a referral. Donate. Yeah, that needs to be more clear here. Hide my bookmarks. All right, here we go. Share screen. Screen two. Share. Mute. Sure. MV. I'm going to try and lean back a little bit so I actually capture some of the try to do Carson. Hey, what's going on Carson? I hope you are doing well. You and I chatted briefly on LinkedIn. I just wanted to send a quick video to kind of personalize the intro and also share a few helpful things that I can help you with on your website. I promise you this is not a sales pitch. My goal here is to unload a ton of value on you. And I highly believe that two or three implementing two of the implementing three and I highly believe that in I highly believe and I really do believe that implementing two or three of these small changes could literally double the amount of donations and inbound uh visibility that you guys get from the website. I do this stuff all the time and I send a lot of these videos just to be helpful. So take from this, do what you will. If you guys have a developer on the on staff, feel free to forward this to them. And either way, I would just love to get coffee sometime and connect further. Um, I just recently moved to a spot here in Clintonville. Um, and I love connecting with other marketers. So, I can tell you great what you do and I'm looking forward to hopefully meeting sometime. Biggest opportunity uh to the website, biggest opportunity on the homepage is going to be clarifying the CTA. So, I would organize this nav. Um, what we've seen is that 80% of people who visit healthcare websites actually don't even scroll halfway through the homepage. So, this is really your only opportunity to make sure that you convert on traffic. Um, so I would imagine your guys' biggest CTA is for donations. That's kind of what you know the business that's what moves the business forward. So, I would recommend cleaning up the navigation, having this be one clear contrasted CTA, making the entire nav, both rows of it white, and making the background sort of stands out a lot more. Um, initially I noticed some multilingual um areas for improvement and, you know, just errors here. I saw you guys' site is built on WP Bakery, which is not the most uh userfriendly for someone who's not a developer. Um, but yeah, I would highly recommend I know you guys have a Spanish version of the website, but keeping everything that's Spanish facing on the Spanish site and then not muddying or repeating the messaging here. Um, semantically, what we've seen to get the best results in AI search is having all this information right here optimized. This is your page title, your metad description, and having a interlinking site map to where Google can trust it and site it in AI tools, quad perplexity, jbt and things like that. Um, so you want to make sure that this page title is a little bit shorter. It was kind of keyword stuffing and Google can view that as a spam signal. So make sure this is under 100 characters. Kind of a small change there. A really good opportunity here would be to make sure that all of your images have alt text. Um, that's a really good opportunity to infuse some of those keywords and being descriptive, especially your logo, which is if you can name it your brand term, um, it's a good way to show up in AI search as well. Um, and the last thing, I noticed the domain of your guys' email address doesn't actually forward back to your website. This is actually something I would fix yesterday if I were you. It's really easy within Cloudflare. This is where your guys' site is um, routed and hosted. having it's just a simple 301 redirect where this will point back to the main domain that you guys have uh SVFC SVFS Ohio um because yeah that's a it's a bit of a miss wait Last thing that I would fix probably yesterday if I were you guys' is I know that you guys' uh email domains have this SVFC URL. I'm guessing this is from an old website or an old domain that you guys use. Uh it's they're both hosted on CloudFare. So, this is really simple and a really high leverage activity. If someone sees your guys's email address, a lot of times they'll search for that, um, which is hard to attribute, but they'll go into the browser and search this. It's a very simple 301 redirect you can set up in Cloudflare. Highly recommend doing that just for peace of mind. Yeah, I hope these changes helped at So yeah, I would implement those as soon as I can for you guys. Either way, project aside would love to just get coffee sometime and connect. You know, I'm being very intentional about meeting new marketers, introducing people. There's anyone that I can introduce you to in my network, I'm happy to do that as well. And yeah, I appreciate you, Adam. If you guys don't have a developer on staff, obviously happy to have you. Obviously happy to help you guys before we ever discuss working together more formally. I'm here to be as helpful as possible. But either way, appreciate all you do. I just call him Adam Carson. So, so yeah, those are the things that I would fix if I were you, Carson. High leverage activity, very high leverage. So, yeah, those are the things that I would fix if I were you, Carson. Very easy to implement, um, and very high leverage. Those will give you outsized results. Um, either way, uh, project aside, would love to connect sometime and get coffee, see if there's anyone that I can introduce you to in my network. I know a lot of people here locally and just here to be as helpful as possible. So, appreciate all that you do, Carson. appreciate you moving our industry forward and would love to get you a coffee sometime and connect further. Cheers and I'll talk soon. Bye. Well, that was a [ __ ] show. Dang. I apologize for that, guys. Big big apologies. Wow. Okay, we're definitely going to have to clean this up a little bit. Cut. Remove buffers. Jeez, Andy. Bro. said his name wrong. Oh, guys, what am I going to do? Well, we made it, guys. Copy content. Send mail. Email. Boom. Boom. Hey, Carson. Connecting from LinkedIn. You and I chatted briefly on LinkedIn, but wanted to reach out and personalize the intro. Smiley face emoji. Excuse me, guys. Sorry about that. I don't Results. What am I doing? Carson, you and I shot a brief on LinkedIn, but wanted to reach out and personalize the intro. I also looked at the website for St. B. Since I do this stuff every day, just wanted to share one or two helpful tips. I think could always double the amount of results you guys get from this site. Okay, I'm attaching a quick personal vid like fit. Cheers. Boom. All righty. So, now we're getting we're getting what we call reps uh in the chamber here. What I'm going to go do is go back to our videos, hit refresh, and then add these to the process. Enter Lindsay. Add to playlist. Add these to our video outreach playlist. Boom. Now have 24 24 videos for the good of the order. We'll be able to see when these are watched. So, for example, Chris watched this one, Sonora watched this one, Christine watched this one. So, those are our high leverage follow-ups. And yeah, obviously we'll continue to keep you guys posted on how this goes. This is admittedly an experience experiment, but I can confidently say I am getting better at this and I hope you guys can see that in lifetime. But this will be really cool because then I can confidently say I've sent hundreds of outreach videos and then really be able to provide value and the insights that I've learned from them. So, moving forward, uh, closing out this video here. I think we've been at this for about an hour or so, but I want to check my brand stats quickly. I did just update these, uh, fairly recently. I think yesterday, but I want to be conscious on updating them every single day. Uh, close out some of these existing tabs here so we don't, um, overload our computer's central nervous system. Command, open all of these. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, podcast downloads, clubs marketing jobs. I know I can only get the 30-day growth trajectory here. Site spotlight. Okay, so main YouTube channel, we're at 415. So, a little bit of growth there. We love to see 15. Boom. Andy the Marketer, which is our secondary YouTube channel, the one that this video is on. 33 subscribers, which is good. It's a little bit eight, a bump of eight. 33. Boom. LinkedIn up 32% over the last 30 days. Not bad considering we started very low. LinkedIn, we're looking at 7724. 7724. Wow, a big bump. Good thing about LinkedIn is that you can almost consciously increase your follower count by sending connection requests like we did here in Claudia this morning. So these when you connect with someone, they appear as followers eventually. X not really bullish on 28. still the same. Still going to log it either way because that's how we do. That's how we do Instagram 1859. I found a really high leverage activity to be just these reels that I've been posting every day just for the podcast visibility. I've been experimenting with I've had Roa just go in and edit clips in Riverside and then having having the uh call out here uh as the caption and then having a subcaption that just explains the podcast and then redirects people back to the bio. Obviously on LinkedIn you can't have native comments within captions or like linkable comments within captions. So uh I like that and just kind of doing that every single day. This will go live again at some point later today, but there's a ton of clips that we have that we're just repurposing there. I haven't seen a big impact on follower growth. Uh, still at 1859 there. 1859, it looks like. Boom. Boom. We're in the red. Um, podcast downloads. We did just upload a new episode today for the monthly retro, which I do these every couple months. So, I'm kind of alternating between solo episodes and guest episodes. Um, which kind of helps us helps me personally take some stress off of the production. Um, and having to be constantly working back and forth with the editor in terms of getting an episode live every single week. 44.88. That's probably not completely lived yet. Three in the first couple hours of that one. That's not great. Most of our podcast visibility comes from YouTube, which I guess is the advantage of being an audio first show or a video first show because it's better for the consumption age that we currently live in. Wow. Okay. This this one right here. Three downloads so far. Yeah. Not great. So, what was it? 44.88. 44.88. Couple more. 4488. Getting close to 5K. I'll make a LinkedIn post about that when that gets there. Log into Beehive to see our Columbus marketing jobs. Damn it. Okay, wrapping it up pretty quickly here. Thank you guys who've hung around this long. Um, I do want to make sure I'm tracking this stuff. 174. Great. Exactly the same. It looks like did all that for nothing. 17. We got an unsubscribe. Interesting. Site spotlight. I'm pretty sure that that remains the same. Really cool addition to the newsletter this week though that I'm proud of. So, uh, shout out to Hrefs being the goats. Still at eight subs subs, unfortunately. But I did love that one. One of my favorite issues. So, brand stats. Um, what I'm seeing working, that's what's currently working. I got a lot of engagement here to do on LinkedIn because I did post this morning, but I think I'm going to wrap it up there for this episode. I think we're a little over an hour, but I appreciate you guys following along. Again, I'll keep you updated on the status of the pipeline. We have a couple sales calls booked for the end of this week. So, I will keep you guys updated on how those go. Please, please subscribe if you got any value out of this video. I'll try and include more CTAs to do that. If you are a marketer looking to get more leads, connect with other high performers. Check out the community link.
